The following are not included in the package: minister’s license ($100) and certificate shipping ($50).
• Some additional paperwork may be required to validate a marriage in the country of residence. It is the responsibility of the wedding couple to arrange additional paperwork. Please check with your local authorities regarding those requirements prior to your travel.
• All packages require that the wedding couple and 80% of their wedding guests stay a minimum of 3 nights at the hotel where the wedding takes place. The wedding couple is included in the number of people each package covers. The couple must stay at the hotel where the wedding is taking place or one of the higher categories.
• Other offerings may be available. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Blackout dates may apply.
• Restaurant is in semi-private area.
• No substitutions will be allowed.
• No discounts apply for smaller groups.
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• External vendor charges as well as penalty fees may apply when not using resort approved suppliers.
• Due to the high amount of requests for wedding dates, we kindly ask that you request your date as soon as possible. Please note that the booking of a wedding is on a first come, first served basis. The wedding date will be booked with the first couple/ agent who completes the required documents.
• We require written confirmation in order to reserve and confirm your date. Fax the wedding request form (obtain one from your coordinator if not included in your package). If your requested date is available, you will receive a wedding agreement with the details of the services provided. Please complete, sign and return.
• A non-refundable deposit fee of $250 must be paid directly to the hotel in order to book your date. You will receive a credit card authorization form with your wedding agreement. Please return this form with a copy of your credit card (front and back) and a picture ID so we may process your deposit. Wire transfer information will be included, should you prefer to use this method instead of the credit card authorization form.
• Upon receipt of the signed agreement and the credit card/wire transfer, the booking process will be completed and you will receive an official confirmation of the date.
• Please note that the wedding department handles only wedding bookings and planning. For room availability and bookings, please contact a travel agent or tour operator to book accommodations. You may also visit our website at www.iberostar.com. Please be advised that the reservations department in Jamaica can book rooms for only Jamaican residents.
